I am 16 years old and I started to feel a strong liking and interest in a man 40+. He is an acquaintance of my parents (a friend of friends). He is single, has no girlfriend, and is not gay. Recently at a party of these friends, there was a slow dance, everyone was in pairs, and since we were the only ones without a couple, he asked me to dance. And my heart stopped, my heart froze.
I know it didn’t mean anything, nor should it. But after that, I was finally captivated by thoughts of him. I very much want to try to win his favor, but I don’t know how to do it.
