Grandmother spoils her grandson with this kind of upbringing

A grandmother in the family is a good thing, of course, but some have their disadvantages. For example, my nephew, who was raised by his grandmother almost independently (his parents worked all the time, the child stayed with her), at the age of 5-6 is rude to his grandmother, shouts at her. And she is not offended, she feeds him from a spoon, even though he is perfectly capable of eating by himself, lets him sit for hours on the phone. In general, she spoils her grandson, although she believes that she brings him up correctly, in her opinion, the child should be happy.

But it doesn’t seem right to me. I don’t say anything to her about this, because she simply won’t understand. I have tried to explain to her that a child who is constantly indulged can grow up to be an outcast, but to no avail.

What to do?
