Two weeks after my arrival, I found a job at a local company. My boss immediately made a mixed impression on me. He is a narcissistic egomaniac. He looked at me as if he was undressing me with his eyes. I was uncomfortable with his glances in my direction, so I tried to avoid him in every way possible. My coworkers also noticed his slanting glances in my direction. They assured me that he liked me. I tried to ignore his signs of attention because I was married.

I moved alone to a big city, and my husband temporarily stayed at home in the village. Apparently, our relationship deteriorated significantly because of the separation. That day, our company celebrated its tenth anniversary. The management invited all the employees. My husband didn’t want to let me go, and we had another fight. And then he said that we should divorce, because our relationship had come to nothing.

I cried for a long time. I had to get ready for a holiday, and I couldn’t calm myself down. In the end, everything was already lost. I decided to leave. It seemed to me that my husband had just found a reason to quarrel. Our relationship hadn’t been perfect before.

All evening my boss kept his eyes on me. We danced and had fun together. My boss offered to let me down. And then everything happened too suddenly: we started kissing at the apartment door. He stayed with me that night. The next morning I woke up and couldn’t believe my eyes. If I hadn’t had too much to drink last night, this wouldn’t have happened. I immediately felt ashamed.

But my boss woke up happy. He said he had been in love with me for a long time, but he was afraid to admit it sooner because he had heard that I was married. And then everything got so complicated…

Since then, we started dating. But at first, we tried to come to work separately, not to show our relationship around our coworkers. However, they found out about it anyway. That’s when we stopped hiding our feelings.

We have been together for two months now. I feel happy. We have completely stopped any contact with my ex-husband. I have no plans to go back to him. Now I have a wonderful man: attentive, polite, and most importantly, I feel like a woman with him. He is the one I need. If it wasn’t for a quarrel with my ex, we would still be looking at each other.
