My wife and I for a long time could not have a child for unknown reasons; doctors threw up their hands: everything was normal, but nothing worked. She got pregnant only at the age of 36, which is not the best age for pregnancy, so for her own safety she was transferred to the maternity hospital until the beginning of the 8th month of pregnancy, where she stayed until the birth.
There was one girl in the ward with her, who was only 17. According to the doctors, her pregnancy was unwanted, so one can only guess what this girl went through… She was too young, and her delivery was difficult, she was poor and did not survive it… She gave her life to her son… As a result, the boy was left an orphan, and it was very sad for him. When my wife was telling me about it, she had tears in her eyes… what can I say, so did I.
Together with our daughter, who was born the next day, my wife took care of that girl’s son in the hospital. And after discharge, after spending the whole day thinking, my wife and I decided that we needed to adopt that boy. Although the adoption process was not easy and fast, but soon my wife and I achieved our goal, and now we had two children, and although by circumstances it turned out that the son was not our biological, we still loved him no less than our biological daughter.
