I have an acquaintance Patricia. Her daughter is a student. She has a boyfriend, her friend calls him “son-in-law”. Patricia’s daughter is eighteen and the boyfriend is twenty-two. According to his stories, he is from a wealthy family, he has his own business. Looking at him, his words can be believed. But the guy does not get out of them.
The young people have been dating for a year and a half and the son-in-law periodically spends the night at their place. Only in the last month he has been practically living with them. When they first started dating, Patricia thought that everything was temporary, her daughter would understand that she did not need such a guy. But they have been dating for quite a long time, so Patricia is trying hard to talk to her daughter and explain to her that she does not need such a guy, and Patricia is such a son-in-law.
For all the time of their relationship, the guy has not invited Patricia’s daughter anywhere. He always finds excuses. “Do you want to go to the movies? We can watch it on the Internet at your home!
