My brother has treated me like a servant all our childhood, and you have been whining about the words of my mother and grandmother. But now I decided to put everything in its place

My younger brother has always been a favorite of my mother and grandmother. They loved him. I was always in second place. The best piece was given to him, all the best things went to him: toys, candy, pies, berries, etc. They always forgot about me. I had to clean up after him, make his bed, cook breakfast. It annoyed me. He treated me like a servant. I had to run after him, fulfill all his orders. My mother said that he was the man of the house, and a man should not be involved in women’s affairs. That’s how they bring up their sons wrong!

Then they wonder why wives are unhappy, where do men despots come from? He could not even cook himself an egg. This behavior of my mother and grandmother irritated me a lot. My mother got divorced because her husband treated her badly, did not respect her. And now she is raising such a man herself. Sometimes I rebelled, but I was quickly silenced, and everything continued at the same pace. I remember how hard it was for me in the last grade when I was preparing for exams. I was studying, my mother and grandmother called every five minutes: Have you fed your brother?

Run home, he is sitting there hungry, and you are doing nonsense: your brother is the most important thing”. And I had to drop everything, run home and feed my brother, do my homework with him. I was an excellent student and now I ask myself: how could I pass the exams successfully? When I was preparing for the entrance exams, my grandmother told me: Why do you need education? You should get married and have children, take care of your husband, manage the house”. After graduating from the university, I packed my things and left home. I was tired of messing with my brother. My mother and grandmother were angry with me, because my grandmother had to quit her job to feed her grandson.
