Anna couldn’t remember the last time she saw Gregory, her husband. And the contract was about to end, she had to return. She decided to return beautifully. First to her husband’s grandmother Maria. There to wait for her husband to arrive and make a surprise.
While waiting for her flight, Anna accidentally met her friend.
– Anna, long time no see. Were you in Italy? By the way, how’s Mark?
– Mark who?
– Your boyfriend. He works as a waiter in the bar where you dance!
– What do you mean, dancing? I worked as a paralegal in Rome. What are you doing?
Jennifer turned pale and could not say a word. Anna understood: something happened at home! She guessed that Gregory was spreading these rumors.

Anna’s head was spinning.
– When are they getting married?

Anna caught a taxi and went home. Talking to her family doctor on the way, she found out that her grandmother Maria died 4 months ago. With this thought in her mind, she got home.
This is to be expected: Gregory changed the locks. She knocked. Vanessa opened the door. The former friends looked at each other in silence.
– How could you? You sleep on the bed I bought for you. And you’re eating off my plates. Aren’t you ashamed of yourself?
– I’m sorry,” Vanessa said, “It was an accident. We didn’t tell you because we thought you wouldn’t come back. We’ve been together eight months now. And I’m going to have a baby. I thought you were in Italy with Mark.
A woman ran outside, fell to her knees and started crying. A strange man who was passing by offered to give her a ride home. But Anna no longer had a home: she had to return to her parents.
Arriving at home, Anna realized that she had lost her suitcase. Mom and dad were not at home: they went on vacation. She fell on the couch and fell asleep.
She woke up from the call. It was Gregory. He brought things. The wedding still took place.
Vanessa gave birth to twins. But Gregory kept writing to Anna. He said that he loved her madly and regretted what had happened. But Anna did not answer anything. A few months later she returned to Italy to look for the real Mark!
