When Alice was two, her father left them. Her mother worked in a day care center as a nanny. They lived poorly. Alice wanted to get married as soon as possible. Her mother was able to give her a good education: her daughter graduated from an institute.

She knew perfectly well that her husband would live only for himself and would not do anything at home. At least he had his own business, and Alice was able to save a decent amount of money. She dreamed of having her own place. As soon as she saved up for an apartment, she would leave her husband. She would also file for alimony for the two sons she had given birth to during the marriage.
Ten years later, Alice bought the coveted apartment and put it in her mother’s name, and right after that she filed for divorce. Her eldest son was then eight years old. After the divorce, she was looking forward to a happy new life. However, she did not take into account the fact that her husband was no fool at all.

He wrote a complaint to the tax office and the police about his mother-in-law. They started calling her in for questioning. He lost his business because of her and his wife left him. All of this nervous turmoil made Alice’s mother fall ill, and so the girl had to quit her job and move in with her to care for her mother. The ex-husband made concessions, retracted all his claims, and told Alice that she had already paid for everything. After a while, Alice’s son was caught stealing. The ex-husband didn’t let it go, sued the ex-wife. He proved that she had failed in her parental duties and took the children away from her. Now Alice is also paying child support.
