Much is said about dogs and their great friendships with humans. When they are part of a family, canines can become the most joyful member of the family and become the heart of the home. In short, they seem to be the best company a person could have. However, these furry dogs are not only great with their humans or close friends, but they can also be great friends with other dogs. Their owners know that very well, because in every walk they come across another canine, it is normal that they want to stay there playing instead of continuing walking.
That is why it should not be strange or amazing that a dog can take risks to help another canine friend. This was evidenced in a recent case that took place inside a kennel, where the protagonist was a golden retriever that touched the hearts of many for its empathy and sensitivity towards its canine peers. According to Daily Mail, the furry dog named Daisy was captured in a recording inside a kennel in Bangkok, Thailand, when she cleverly did everything possible to free other doggy companions who were inside a cage.
The canine’s intention was to let her friends out of the bars to play with her. Therefore, she began to bite the handle of the metal door until it gave way and could be opened. In turn, the two dogs inside pushed to help. In the end it was a team effort that paid off. When they finally beat the cage and got out, they started jumping on each other to celebrate. For the canines’ owner, Ponlapat Pattanapaiboonkul, there is nothing to be impressed about because he knows his puppy’s ability so well.
“Daisy is really smart. She knows when the other dogs want to leave and when they want to come back in,” he said.
