Astrid walked around the house in circles and could not find a place. That’s because her husband had gone somewhere on his day off again without telling her about it in advance. After all, this is the fifth time, and Astrid is worried!
This time the man left his phone at home, which allowed Astrid to look at it and see a message from an unknown number, which said about a meeting in a cafe. Astrid had already imagined the worst scenarios of what she could see there and went to the address.
She found her husband’s car near the same cafe. Astrid looked from a distance at the windows where she saw the man. Angry and furious, she went to investigate. A woman was sitting next to the man, she had no doubt that it was a real betrayal. But when she entered the cafe, she also saw a cage next to the woman, in which a cat was sitting, and not just any cat, but a sphinx – her favorite breed. Well, the man, seeing her only with a gloomy look, said that she had spoiled the surprise.
It turned out that all these days her husband had been going to meetings with cat sellers to get one for Astrid’s birthday, because she loves them so much, but he could not find the right one right away. And although Astrid was glad that it was not a betrayal, now she resents her husband for not being able to prepare a good surprise.
