My Mother Wants to Give the Apartment and Money My Father Left Me to Her Own Son!

You know, my parents barely lived together at all I was only about four when my dad left home and never came back. It was apparently some sort of accident He did leave behind a few childhood photos of us together, and, more importantly, he set up a healthy savings account in my name that grew each year.
A few years later, Mum remarried and had a baby boy. Somehow, I ended up more of a maid to my stepdad and mum, and also the nanny for my little brother.
It was actually pretty upsetting watching how Mum treated my younger brother she absolutely doted on him. Shed kiss him goodnight, cuddle him, read him stories, treat him to toys and nice clothes, the works.
My stepdad adored his only son as well. But me? No one seemed to care much about me. And, somehow, things got even worse. The arguments started, my stepdad began drinking, and then all the rows began. I was always the one who got it the worst, probably because I wasnt really loved by them. After a few years of this mess, they got divorced.
Eventually, I left for university in another city, leaving Mum and my brother behind in the flat that belonged to my late dad. I hardly ever went home because I was juggling my studies and a part-time job anyway.
When I finally came home after ages, I was shocked to find the place full of people I didnt even know. Mum was sleeping on the sofa in the kitchen, and the rest were just my brothers friends crashing there. I decided to confront everyone about it. But what happened was even worse. The next morning, they woke me up and basically forced me to go to the bank and withdraw every last penny from the account Dad had left me, all because my little brother had lost a huge amount of money playing cards.
It honestly felt just like I was a little girl again, being ordered about and only good for doing what I was told.
The cruel irony is, Id come home to share some lovely news that I was pregnant! I thought maybe we could try to patch things up as a family But no. That just wasnt in the cards. Instead, I told them to pack up, because from now on, theyd be living with our nan way out in the country. The flat was legally mine and I wasnt about to have random people living there anymore.
Mum and my brother just laughed in my face, and that really proved to me that I was doing the right thing. So, I called the police, and they gave my family a hand packing and made sure they left the property. Then my fiancé and I changed the locks, and were planning to sell the flat and get a new home in another city for our own family. I even changed my bank accounts, since Mum had already tried getting her hands on the money.
Honestly, I reckon my dad would have backed me up all the way he always wanted what was best for me.
