I have one close friend named Grace. Weve been friends for over thirty years. Shes a wonderful person and would have made a fantastic mother, but she and her husband werent able to have children of their own. God simply didnt grant them that gift, but they never separatedprobably because their love for each other was so strong.

Grace told me about the situation and said she felt she had to go there and see the child for herself. As her friend later explained to me, the moment Grace saw the boy and those sorrowful eyes of his, she knew instantly she had to take him home. Her husband didnt hesitate to agree.
It wasn’t easy for them with the boy. There was more than a year of therapy and appointments with all sorts of specialists. The little lad was autistic, but through hard work, they managed to turn his life around.
