– I want to do some business, I’m tired of sitting at home, – Eva began.

– No, my dad wouldn’t mind. He’s been teaching me all the tricks of the trade since I was 15. And besides, I have an education.

– Ah, that’s the goal, – the man laughed again and hugged Eva.
– Don’t deny you’ve tried.

On Monday Daniel introduced his new secretary Eva to his team. Everyone looked at her with envy, because each employee wanted to take this place herself, or to employ her relatives. But it didn’t work out. Eva was approached by the head of the HR department:
– “I don’t know what merits you were accepted here for… but keep in mind, we have a lot of work.
– And what merits should I have? I have an education, and I passed the interview.
-You shouldn’t look at our boss… he’s married.
Eva could barely contain her smile. She quickly got up to speed and began to help her husband in his work. Rumors began to spread around the office because six months later Eva became pregnant. But she insisted on working to the last.
And then the day came when Daniel’s competitor came to the firm for a meeting. The whole department gathered at this meeting. The competitor sat down on a chair and began in a defiant tone:
– “Let’s sign everything on my terms… otherwise your father-in-law will find out that you have a pregnant mistress walking around the office. I don’t think he’ll be happy to hear that.
– On the contrary, he is happy, he bought so many presents for the baby, – Eva answered.
– And what makes you think that the secretary is my mistress, not my wife? – Daniel continued smiling.
Here the competitor’s hair stood on end from shame, he blushed. He grabbed his backpack and ran out of the office. The whole team watched this picture with surprise, some hid their eyes, because they remembered how they proudly communicated with Eva, not knowing that she was the wife of the boss.
